
We would like to inform all residents that our property management company, CCM, has recently been acquired by another firm as part of a broader business consolidation effort within the industry. While ownership of the management company has changed, no changes are expected to occur with the services provided to Sky Ranch.
The same dedicated management team and on-site staff who have been serving our community will remain in place. Their knowledge of Sky Ranch, familiarity with our operations, and established relationships with residents are vital to maintaining the smooth functioning and high service standards our community has come to expect. This continuity ensures there will be no disruption in communications, maintenance support, or resident services.
We have been assured by both CCM and the acquiring firm that this transition will be seamless from a resident standpoint. All existing contact information, processes, and service protocols will remain unchanged at this time.
The Sky Ranch Board of Directors will continue to monitor the situation and remain in close contact with management leadership throughout the transition. Should any updates or changes arise, we will promptly notify residents through official communications and the resident portal.
